Sarah & Sam’s Kangaroo Point Pre-Wedding Session

Kangaroo Point in Brisbane gave us the perfect playground for Sarah & Sam’s pre-wedding session. We had grassy paths, cityscape backdrops and those classic Brisbane river views, all bathed in golden light. It was the kind of afternoon that makes you slow down and just soak in the good stuff.

Right from the start, Sarah was all in,excited about the photos and the wedding to come. Sam, on the other hand, arrived feeling a bit awkward in front of the camera, but he was ready to give it a go for Sarah. As we wandered through the park, the nerves slowly faded. By the end, Sam had picked up a few tricks, and you could see the comfort between them growing with every frame. What started as a bit of a challenge turned into one of our best sessions yet.

Sarah & Sam’s dynamic is pretty special. Sarah’s enthusiasm set the tone, and Sam’s willingness to jump in,shirt changes and all,meant we got to capture real, unguarded moments. They laughed, danced, and just enjoyed being together, which is really what these sessions are about.

A pre-wedding session like this isn’t just about getting photos for the album. It’s a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera, find your rhythm as a couple, and ease some of those wedding day jitters. By the end of the shoot, Sam was well on his way to feeling at home in front of the lens, and Sarah’s excitement was contagious.

With this session under their belt, Sarah & Sam are more than ready for their big day. We can’t wait to see what the wedding brings.
