Shorncliffe beachfront, with its dramatic Triassic-era cliffs and sweeping views of Moreton Bay, makes a pretty special backdrop for an engagement session. The layered rocks belong to the Woogaroo Sub-group of the Landsborough Sandstone, holding stories far older than ours, but on this day, it was all about Gemma & Liam.
From the start, Gemma’s natural curls and bright smile set the tone, she’s genuine and warm, with a knack for making good memories with Liam. They were up for anything, whether it meant walking hand in hand under the big old trees, climbing branches, or wading into the shallows. There was laughter, quiet moments, and a feeling that these two really get each other.
It’s not every day you meet a couple who leave a mark on your memory. Gemma has a passion for making every moment count, and Liam’s right there with her, both of them happy to try anything and soak it all in. Their connection is easy and real, and it shines through in every photo, smiling, embracing, or just enjoying the view together.
A pre-wedding session like this is more than just a warm-up for the big day. It’s a chance to step away from the rush, to be yourselves, and to get comfortable in front of the camera. By the time the wedding rolls around, the nerves are a little less, and the photos feel more like you.
Thanks for letting us be part of your story, Gemma & Liam. We can’t wait to see what memories you make next.
