Carly & Chas’ Pre-Wedding Session at Novotel Twin Waters

Novotel Twin Waters on the Sunshine Coast set the scene for Carly & Chas’ pre-wedding session. We wandered from the lagoon jetty and boardwalks to the winding resort paths, before finishing up on the beach and dunes as the sun dipped low. The water glinted, the sky was clear, and the whole place had that relaxed Sunshine Coast vibe that makes you want to kick off your shoes and just enjoy the moment.

The session felt like a gentle stroll with old friends. Carly & Chas were up for anything,walking hand in hand, sharing a laugh, and soaking up the afternoon with family close by. From quiet moments on the dock to playful steps along the sand, they moved together easily, with plenty of smiles and the kind of warmth that can’t be faked. The beach at sunset was a highlight, with soft light and the sound of the waves giving us a chance to capture those real, comfortable moments that matter most.

Spending this time together before the big day gave Carly & Chas a chance to relax in front of the camera, get a feel for how we work, and enjoy a break from the usual wedding planning rush. It’s all about making things feel easy, so when the wedding rolls around, the pressure’s off and the photos feel just like you.
